Historic Night For Vale Harmony – We’ve recorded our first CD!

We dressed in our black and gold outfits for this special night on 16th August 2017…to record 12 tracks with a view to cutting a compact disc for sale. It’s the first time in our history that we’ve made a CD.

Recording engineer Martin  Lumsden from Hertfordshire came up to Fladbury village hall  for the 90-minute recording session. Martin’s now busy working on the final mix and we look forward to receiving the disc in due course.

We sang :

Hello Mary Lou;  Georgia, In My Room; Sweet Hour of Prayer, I Don’t Know Why;  Yes Sir, That’s My Baby; Old St Louie; When I’m 64; Caroline; For All We Know; Is this The Way to Amarillo, and “The Last Two” which are always sung at the end of barbershop rehearsals.
